             Harbor Drive Private Homes  Annual Fee:  $625  each Home Site

             Harbor Key  Annual Fee:  $1100 each Home Site
              Insurance and taxes are the responsibility of individuals owners.

                           Regime Fees Include

Cedar Reef Villas:  A,B,C,D,E,F and K buildings.
     Maintenance and repairs to buildings and common areas, garbage removal, pest
     control, common electricity, management service, common water, pool, termite bond,
     and cable service.   Please note: Pets not allowed in these buildings.

Beach House and Ocean Villas:  L & M Buildings.
     Maintenance and repairs to buildings and common areas, garbage removal, pest
     control, common electricity, management service, water and sewer per each unit, pool,
     termite bond, legal fees, elevator, accounting, and cable service.

Pelican Point
     Pest control, landscaping, trash collection, boardwalk maintenance, limited management
     service and repairs.

Nautical Watch
      Lawn maintenance, neighborhood pool, common water and electricity.

Sea Cottages
      Currently charged, in addition to HIPOA dues, $24.80 per month for use and care of
       neighborhood pool.

Ocean front, Beachwalk, Causeway Cottages, Ocean Marsh, and Harbor Key.
       Manintenance of roads and common areas, security, management of Beach & Racquet     Club.

INPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING INSURANCE

       Fees and dues do not include insurance. For the shard buildings of Cedar Reef,
       Beach House, and Ocean Villas, this is a separate charge for multi-peril policy
       insuring the building against wind, hail, fire, flood and earthquake damage.
      This must be paid to the Regime Manager. It is recommended that each villa
      Owner purchase a separate policy entitled HO6 which can be attached to a
      permanent home policy to provide coverage for contents and personal liability.
